Je to naozaj pravda, alebo sa mi to len sníva? Odvážna predstava developerov spoločnosti HB Reavis mi v našich slovenských podmienkach pripadá ako dokonalé sci-fi.
Žeby aj do starej “socialistickej” autobusovej stanice Mlynské Nivy a jej schátralého okolia dorazilo 21. storočie? (Samozrejme, nemám na mysli relatívne novú budovu VÚB v susedstve 
) Všetko nasvedčuje tomu, že áno!
Projekt Twin City má ambíciu zastavať obe strany ulice Mlynské Nivy, čiže súčasnú plochu autobusovej stanice Mlynské Nivy a oproti stojacu továreň na káble, a to už do roku 2011. A veru nebude to lacný špás. Náklady sa odhadujú na rekordných 11 miliárd Sk.
Okrem novej autobusovej stanice tu pribudnú administratívne, obchodné kultúrne a športové priestory, 4-hviezdičkový hotel a dominanta Twin City, 42-poschodový “mrakodrap”, ktorý sa stane najvyššou budovou v Bratislave. No nahvono mi je nova stanica, ked autobusy z nej nechodia. Ta doterajsia uplne staci, len aby fungovala pre potreby ludi, co chcu cestovat autobusom.
Skus pozriet cestony poriadok. Posleny autobus napr. BA -> PN o 19:00. To je pre koho.
S vlakom je to podobne. Serem ich aj s novou autobusovou stanicou. Niekto si zase napcha vrecka a ludia co chcu cestovat sa budu len cudovat.

no podla kvality (ci skor nekvality) vizualizacii typujem,len na nejake “interne sutazne” v ramci hb reavisu. a stale je v tom citit len nejaku namodelovanu prvotnu studiu, vid. napr. tie pseudo cloniace prvky okolo budov, ktre sa zjavuju v nejakej studii a ked sa prichadza k rozpoctu a zdetailnovaniu ,tak sa od takychto veci samozrejme upusti, materialy sa vyberu co najlacnejsie, bohate presklene steny sa zamuruju .. a vyjde nam z toho pekna skatula.

Podla obrazkov tipujem, ze ide o fotografie makety, ktora je vystavena v priestoroch HB Reavisu a nie o nejaku vizualizaciu. Porovnanim makiet inych stavieb so skutocnostou mi vychadza pomerne vysoka pravdepodobnost reality, aj ked tie “pseudo cloniace prvky” tiez povazujem za dost haluzny napad. V kazdom pripade ide o velmi odvazny napad, ktory by mohol ozivit tuto cast Bratislavy. O kvalite stavieb HB Reavisu niet pochyb - staci sa poprechadzat po priestoroch technologickeho zazemia ktorejkolvek budovy, ktoru postavili

Zaujímavé. Podľa mojich informácií, keď chcel kedysi opravovať budovu Gumonky Lexa, tak mu to zakázali, vraj pamiatka (utopili mu miliony a veľa ľudí prišlo o prácu). Teraz radnica niekomu povolila zbúrať Kablovku (to už nie je pamiatka?).

V Londyne tie budovy ponechavju v povodnom stave (teda tehly), dobuduju akurat napr. veze a presklene casti. U nas sa to bude vsetko burat.

Majte rozum ludia, ved pride vichrica a popada Vam to na hlavy! Súhlasím s Otom, architekti a otcovia mesta vôbec nerozmýšľajú a neuvažujú s klimatickými zmenami, ktoré prinesú okrem iného aj to čo hovorí Oto. Veď to mi pripadá, že každý architekt, ktorý navrhuje svoj projekt sa tvári ako husľový virtuóz, ktorý predvádza fantastický fyzický výkon, techniku hry ale niekedy sa tá prehnane ťažká hudba nedá počúvať. Prepáč Paganini!! A zasa obrovská výškovka, bez ktorej sa už žiadny projekt v Bratislave nezaobíde. Architekti mali by ste ísť na skúsy do Prahy, kde si nemrzačia stred mesta výškovými budovami ako v Bratislave. A nehovoriac o tom, že móda sú sklenené hranoly a kocky /Fazuľova/. Veď už aj to hrozné Tatracentrum má predely z iného materialu. Nuž čo je to na Slovensku. Ale môhlo by to už prestať. Pripájam sa.

Projekt Mlynské Nivy vyzerá celkom pekne. Ak teda bude spravený, tak ako sa tam prezentuje. Len ten neokrôchaný “mrakodrap” čo vyzerá akoby natiahli nejakú komunistickú modernu, tú nepodarenú kockovitú stavbu tam stavat nemuseli.

Obrazky novej zastavby Mlynske Nivy su velmi pekne a myslim ze konecne turisti, ktori sem pridu autobusom budu mat komfort na aky su zvyknuty ba dokonca viac. Terajsia budova a jej okolie (okrem 2 mrakodrapov v susedstve) je katastrofalne as robi hanbu Bratislave a aj celemu Slovensku. Prave Autobusova stanica so Zeleznicnou stanicou su vstupnou branou do nasho hl. mesta a je to prve co zahranicny turista uvidi po vystupeni z autobusu al. vlaku. Len tak dalej Vyskove budovy patria do moderneho mesta 21. storocia a preto by nemali chybat ani v Bratislave samozrejme v obmedzenom mnozstve a nie v hist. castiach mesta. Dufam, ze sa tato prestavba podari a bude vyzerat ako na maketach. A tiez dufam ze sa bude nieco taketo radikalne diat aj so hlavnou zel. stanicou, ktora je v strasnom stave.
